Access automatically joins tables/queries added to query due to design.
Cause:
Access automatically creates joins between tables or queries with matching fields. This is by design of Microsoft Access.
Solution:
Disable automatic joins between tables and queries that are added to queries, using the 'Options...' command under the 'Tools' menu.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'Tables/Queries' tab.
3) Clear the 'Enable AutoJoin' check box in the 'Query Design' group.
Enable AutoJoin
4) Click 'OK'.
NOTE: The user can still create joins when automatic joins are disabled.
